We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service subject to these Terms. This license is conditioned on your compliance with our usage guidelines and subscription terms.

The basic account includes:

  • Core achievement tracking features
  • Document generation capabilities

2.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide additional features including:

  • GitHub repository integration
  • Unlimited achievements and documents
  • Advanced publishing options
  • Scheduled updates

3. GitHub Integration

When using our GitHub integration features:

  • You must comply with GitHub's terms of service
  • You are responsible for managing repository access permissions
  • We are not responsible for any unintended data exposure due to incorrect permission settings

4. User Content

You retain all rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Generate summaries and reports based on your content
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share confidential information without proper authorization

6. Payment Terms
